Meditation and Hypnosis

Meditation is gateway to coming back to yourself aka well-being. It is a way to take a moment, a breather, your attention back to your self, your body, your feelings and not everything that is going on around you or in your repetitive thoughts.

It is a way to start letting go of attaching ourselves to things, emotions, thoughts, people, experiences...

Meditation is a gateway to Hypnosis, which in our society has a bad rep. To me personally hypnosis is a deeper level of meditation and can be used in the same way, but just at a deeper level.

When I found myself in a deep black hole, where nothing would suddenly make me happy anymore, doing 3 different hypnosis from YouTube got me out fast.

To me Hypnosis is a very powerful tool that gives great results. If you want to have permanent results, I would recommend going deeper and releasing old emotions and patterns from your body whether with stretching or tapping.

 

Have fun with it and go for what calls you. Find your way to your truth.
