Impatience, Hate, Cruelty

In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), the heart is associated with the fire element and governs our emotions, mental functions, and spiritual well-being. The heart is considered the emperor of the five yin organs and is responsible for circulating blood and qi throughout the body.

When the heart is in balance, it is said to experience positive emotions like love, joy, and happiness. However, when the heart is out of balance, it can lead to negative emotions such as:

- **Impatience** - The heart reacts to strong emotions of impatience, which can lead to heart palpitations, insomnia, and other unpleasant sensations and disorders.

- **Hate** - Feelings of hate are closely related to the heart and can contribute to heart issues.

- **Cruelty** - Cruelty is another negative emotion associated with the heart in TCM.

These negative emotions, when experienced in excess or suppressed, can injure the heart and lead to further imbalance. This can manifest physically as heart palpitations, insomnia, and other heart-related symptoms.
